侧板梁激振脱水筛激振器的设计改进分析

摘    要:针对新型结构筛侧板梁激振脱水筛在脱水过程中,存在的处理量大、效率有待提高的现状,通过设计改进,将原先的三轴自同步激振器改成双频双幅激振器,采用高频-小幅和低频-大幅2种振动参数提高了振动筛脱水的效率。

Abstract:In view of the capacity being large and the efficiency not being high during the dewatering process of the new-type side-beam excitation dewatering screening,the structure was improved in the paper.The original tri-axial self-synchronous vibrator was replaced with a dual-frequency and dual-amplitude vibrator,and the application of high frequency-low amplitude and low frequency-large amplitude vibration parameters greatly improved the dewatering efficiency of the vibrating screen.
