桥式四氢双环戊二烯异构化反应的研究

摘    要:采用无水AlCl3作为催化剂进行桥式四氢双环戊二烯(endo-THDCPD)的异构化反应,采用气相色谱对反应原料、产物及杂质进行定量分析,考察催化剂含量、反应温度对反应速率、反应转化率、收率、选择性及杂质生成量的影响。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量(质量分数)为3%、反应温度80℃、反应100min时,转化率为94 67%,收率为92 26%,选择性为97 36%。以原料endo-THDCPD为对象考察反应动力学,测定了反应动力学方程。

Abstract:(Exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene) ((exo-THDCPD),)the isomer of (endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene) ((endo-THDCPD),)can be used as an excellent liquid fuel with high density and low viscosity at low temperature.For the isomerization of the latter,AlCl_3 was used as catalyst.Effects of catalyst amount,reaction temperature on reaction rate,conversion,yield,selectivity and (by-product) were investigated.Content of raw material,product,(by-product) were analyzed by GC.Optimal reaction conditions were:catalyst 3%,temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 100 min with conversion 94.67%,yield 92.26%,and selectivity 97.36%.Kinetic equation of (endo-THDCPD) isomerization was obtained.
