摘    要:铁道部新颁布的高速铁路钢轨标准,对钢轨的轧制、锯切、钻孔等加工质量提出了越来越严格的要求,本文针对影响联合锯钻床加工钢轨质量的因素进行分析,提出解决办法,并对水平卡紧、垂直卡紧等关键部件进行改进.

Abstract:The Ministry of Railways promulgate the latest high-speed railways quality standard.Put forward more and more strictly requirements for hot rolling,sawing and cuting,drilling of the rail.The paper aim at analyze the effect factor to rail quality of the combined sawing and drilling machine.And resolution for improving the key parts of horizontal clamping and vertical clamping.
