摘    要:从热轧1#加热炉压下梁钢结构变形、炉顶耐火材料脱落和炉顶表面温度偏高的现状入手,分析造成现状的主要原因.根据原因分析,提出了更换部分钢结构、改进承重方式、改进安装位置与结构、耐火材料改进、绝热材料改进等五项具体措施.通过措施的落实降低了1#加热炉炉顶表面温度,延长了炉顶钢结构的使用寿命,消除了1#加热炉的设备隐患,提高了1#加热炉的生产能力.

Abstract:From the hot 1# heating furnace pressure beam steel structure deformation,top refractory material loss and the top surface of the furnace temperature is high the current situation proceed with,analysis of the causes of the main reason for the status quo.According to the reason analysis,propose the replacement of part of steel structure,improve of bearing,improve of installation position and structure,improve of refractory materials and insulation materials and improve of five specific measures.Through the measures reduce 1# surface temperature of heating furnace,extend service life of steel structure roof,the elimination of the 1# heating furnace equipment hidden trouble and improve the production capacity of 1# heating furnace.
