摘    要:攀钢4#高炉第二代炉役炉体采用全冷却壁、薄壁炉衬结构、软水密闭循环冷却系统、并罐式无料钟炉顶等一系列先进实用技术。通过提高原燃料质量,优化高炉操作,改善冷却强度,以实现高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的"优质、低耗、高效、长寿"生产。

Abstract:A series of up to date technologies, such as whole coofing wall, thin inner lining, closed loop cooling soft water system, bell less top with parallel bucket are adopted in No. 4 blast furnace of Pansteel. From the enhancing of material, optimizing operation and improving cooling strength, to achieve the production of high quality, low consumption, high eficency and long life for smelting vanadium titano - magnetite in the blast furnace.
