| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展，社会对会计人才的要求不断提高。作为会计人才培养主体的高等院校，要不断更新教育思想，解决会计人才培养过程的有关问题，对学生进行综合素质教育。既要对学生进行系统的理论教育，又要增加其实践经验，使毕业生能适应社会的要求。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of market economy, the demand for accountants with less skills oversupply the demand. Colleges of accountant - cultivating entity should renew education thought and solve relative problems in the course of accountant - cultivating and execute quality education. In order to adapt students to the demand, colleges should not only give them systematic theory education but also add them practical experience. This article illustrates several problems about accountant - cultivating for colleges. |
