摘    要:在研究限动芯棒连轧管机的基础上,归纳整理了Mini-MPM限动芯棒连轧管机力能参数的计算公式和框图。再采用该计算公式和框图进行编程计算,分析连轧管机入口毛管壁厚、芯棒限动速度和轧辊直径对力能参数的影响。计算结果表明:毛管壁厚对连轧管机第1机架轧制力的影响明显;芯棒限动速度对连轧管机力能参数影响较小;轧辊直径对轧制力有较明显的影响。提出了改善连轧管机力能参数的途径。

Abstract:Based on the result of studies of the retained mandrel pipe mill, a set of calculation formulas and flow chart for the mechanical parameters of the Mini-MPM are deduced and summarized in this paper. Then a program is composed with these formulas and flow chart, based on which an analysis is conducted on the effects upon the mechanical parameters by such elements as shell wall thickness, mandrel retaining speed and roll diameter. The results show that the shell wall thickness obviously affects the rolling force of the first stand of the mill; the man- drel speed produces just slight influence on the mechanical data, while the roll diameter considerably works on the rolling force. Finally, the paper presents certain approaches to ameliorate the mechanical parameters of the Mini-MPM retained mandrel pipe mill.
