| 摘 要： | 通过对人们生活模式变化及居住建筑发展的分析 ,从人与社会两个角度 ,阐述了在新的社会发展条件下未来居住建筑的前景和趋势 .指出未来居住建筑从使用者角度出发应满足人们健康、安全、舒适、多元化、信息化的要求 ,同时建筑师还要考虑适应社会的发展要求设计和建造生态住宅、节能住宅及老年住宅 .

| Abstract: | The future trend of habitations is expounded through analysis of change of the living model. It covers two aspects:people and the society. In the first aspect the author points out that the future habitations should meet the requirements of the user, such as health, safety, comfort, diversification, and information processing. Besides these, the architects should satisfy the potential demand of the future society, and design the ecology_friendly habitation, energy_saving habitation, aged_persons' habitation and so on. |
