矿井通风构筑物等效风阻研究

摘    要:矿井通风是煤矿安全生产的基础,对矿井的安全生产起着决定性的作用。通风构筑物等效风阻的研究,对矿井通风网络解算及通风系统优化有着重要的意义。论文对通风构筑物的现场实测数据进行了统计、分类。分析了影响通风构筑物等效风阻的主要因素以及压力与风量的关系。根据流体力学的理论,建立了数学模型,利用CFD软件对不同条件下的通风构筑物进行了数值模拟,得到了相关的压力与风量关系。通过对模拟数据的拟合,得到了通风构筑物风量与压力的函数关系。矿井通风构筑物的等效风阻的研究,对于局部阻力的理论研究有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Mine ventilation system is the base of safety mining, and it plays a decisive role on safety production in mine. The field test date of the ventilation structure is classified and counted. Then the main influence facts on equivalent wind resistance of ventilation structure and the relationship between pressure and airflow are analyzed, The mathematic model is established based On the theory of hydraulics. The ventilation structure in different conditions and obtain the related date is numerically simulate& The relationship function of the pressure and airflow is obtained by fitting the date. The study on equivalent wind resistance of ventilation structure has important reference value to the local resistance research. It would guide safety management of ventilation.
