摘    要:用微分脉冲吸附溶出伏安法测定了利多卡因针剂的含量。在1×10~(-7)~3×10~(-4)mol/l内浓度与波高呈线性关系。最低检测限为1×10~(-8)mol/l。回收率为98.07±0.05%。方法准确、简便、灵敏。

Abstract:Preconcentration and quantity determinations of the local anaesthetics lidocaine are accomplished by adsorption of the drug at a hanging mercury drop electrode and differential pulse voltammetric analysis. By simply immersing the electrode in 0.1mol/1 NaOH of lidocaine sample for a 3-min period and then recording stripping curves, sensitivities well below 10~(-8)mol/l are readily achieved. The linear concentration range is found to be from 1×10~(-7) to 3×10~(-4)mol/l. This method has been applied to the determination of lidocaine in ampoules with a satisfactory result.
