改性聚丙烯酰胺助滤,助留,增强特性的研究

研究了改性聚丙烯酰胺用于蔗渣漂白化学浆时的助滤、助留、增强效果，并对其效果的规律性进行了探讨。结果表明：影响助滤、助留和增强效果的主要因素是打浆度，其次是助剂用量和ｐＨ值，木浆高配比对助剂的作用有不利影响。加助剂后，纸页的白度、滤水性能、填料留着率、裂断长均有较大提高，撕裂度有所下降。

Effect of Modified Polyacrylamide on Drainage,Retention and Strength of Bagasse Pulp

The effect of modified polyacrylamide as the drainage aid,retention aid and strength aid on the bagasse pulp was studied.The results indicated that the most important factor affecting the additive effect is beating degree of the pulp,the next is the dosage of the additive and the pH value.The effect of additive reduced with the wood pulp proportion increased.The paper brightness,breaking length,pulp drainage and filler retention are improved but tear index decreases when the additive is used.
