| Abstract: | The proper choice of specification of the equipment,correct flowsheet arrangement,effective fiber raw materials preparation,reliable manufacture quality of the equipment,drive devices,instrumentation and controls,correct operation,regular and thorough preventative maintenance are the most basic requirements for the successful running of horizontal continuous digester.Here in this paper,attention has been particularly paid to the influence of fiber preparation on the running of digester as well as the key points of equipment choice,system arrangement and equipment operation.Also one effective wet cleaning system was recommended for the preparation of nonwood fibers. |
