摘    要:对轮胎压路机前轮轴系结构进行优化设计,加大对前轮轴的部分结构尺寸,并进行设计计算和强度校核,对轴上的轴承进行选型设计和寿命计算,新的结构提高了轮胎压路机的工作性能和使用寿命.

Abstract:The structure of front - wheel shafting in tyre roller is improved, and the structural size of the front axle is also partly enlarged. The design compute and strength check is then reckoned, thus the shaft bearing is designed and its service life is calculated in this paper. It is proved that the new structure could be used to improve the working performance and service life of tyre roller.
