蜡油加氢处理装置高压空气冷却器腐蚀分析及预防措施

摘    要:对3.2 Mt/a蜡油加氢处理装置的高压空气冷却器管束腐蚀的机理进行了探讨。对腐蚀系数(Kp)、冷高压分离器水中NH4HS的质量分数、介质流速等数据进行了分析与计算。为保证高压空气冷却器的平稳运行,提出了以下有效防腐措施:(1)根据原料含氮质量分数及时调整注水量,保证冷高压分离器水中NH4HS的质量分数不高于8.00%;(2)严格控制注水中Cl-,O2,CN-的含量。

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of tube bundle for high pressure air cooler in vacuum gas oil hydrotreating unit was discussed. The mass fraction of NH4HS in the water of cool high pressure separator, corrosion coefficient, flow rate were analyzed and calculated. In order to ensure high - pressure air cooler to run smoothly, the effective measures of corrosion resistant were: ( 1 ) the quantity of injected water should be adjusted based on nitrogen content in feedstock,the mass fraction of NH4HS in water of cool high pressure separator was less than 8.00%. (2) the content of Cl^- , O2, CN^- in injected water should be controlled strictly.
