摘 要: | 根据基准源产生的基本原理、特性,综合温度补偿及电阻分压技术,设计出了一款能广泛应用于开关电源PWM控制器、隔离反馈发生器等的带隙基准源。该基准源电路基于6μm标准BJT工艺实现,仿真结果表明,当电源电压为15 V时,当温度为25℃时,VREF输出为5 V;当12 V≤VCC≤25 V时,线性调整率为0.16 mV;当1 mA≤I0≤20 mA时,负载调整率为1.61 mV左右;温度稳定性良好,大约为0.05 mV/℃。

Design and analysis of a low temperature float high precision band-gap reference |

Abstract: | According to the fundamentals and characteristics of band gap circuits,and integrated temperature compensation and resistive subdivision techniques,a band-gap reference was designed which could be applied to the switching power supply PWM controller and isolation feedback generator.The circuit of the reference was based on 6 μm BJT process.The simulation result shows when the power supply voltage is 15 V,25 ℃,the output of VREFis 5 V.When 12 V≤VCC≤25 V,the line regulation of the circuit is 0.16 mV.When 1 mA≤I0≤20 mA,the load regulation of the circuit is about 1.61 mV.The temperature stability is good with the temperature coefficient of about 0.05 mV/ ℃. |
