MGH754合金冷轧板材的再结晶行为

摘    要: 通过扫描电镜EBSD技术与透射电镜研究分析了不同温度的预退火和二次退火对MGH754合金冷轧板材显微组织结构和微区织构变化的影响。研究表明,MGH754合金冷轧板材在700到800℃之间即发生一次再结晶,高温预退火与二次退火均不能使MGH754合金冷轧板材发生二次再结晶。在预退火过程中,板材从冷轧态锋锐的{110}<112>形变织构逐渐? 湮獅225}<253>再结晶织构。而二次退火后的再结晶织构与高温预退火后产生的再结晶织构又有所不同。

Abstract:Through the analysis of microstructure of cold-rolled MGH754 alloy sheet after pre-annealing and secondary-annealing using scanning electron microscopy EBSD system and transmission electron microscopy, the effect of pre-annealing and secondary-annealingon microstructure and texture of the alloy sheet was investigated. The results show that the cold-rolled sheet recrystallizes between 700 and 800℃, but the sheet cannot grow into coarse-grained either after pre-annealing or secondary-annealing. Additionally, the strong deformation texture {110}<112> is gradually transformed into the recrystallization texture {225}<253> during pre-annealing, and the secondary-annealing texture differs from the pre-annealing one.
