液-液旋流分离器性能的模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:通过对用于油水分离的液 液水力旋流分离器的性能进行分析 ,得出影响其性能的主要因素为效率、能耗、底流口含油浓度、溢流口的含水率、分割粒径和流量调节比。同时还提出了一种新的旋流分离器性能模糊综合评价模型 ,并应用该模型对三种结构的旋流分离器进行了评价。结果表明 ,该方法准确可行 ,大大方便了旋流分离器的评价和选型

Abstract:The performance of liquid liquid hydrocyclone was analyzed.It was revealed that the main factors affecting the hydrocyclone's performance are efficiency,energy consumption,oil concentration at underflow,water cut at overflow,cut size,adjustment ratio of flow rate etc. A new fuzzy model evaluating hydrocyclone's performance was presented and three types of hydrocyclones with different configurations evaluated.It was shown that this method is of accuracy and feasibility,greatly facilitating type selection and evaluation of hydrocycolnes.
