针织物顶破强力测试方法对比分析

为了了解针织物顶破强力的几种测试方法——胀破法(GB/T7742.1—2005)、弹子顶破法(20mm)和钢球法(38mm)之间的差异,本文选择几种不同类型的针织物进行对比测试分析,结果表明,钢球法可以获得比弹子顶破更大的顶破强力,三种方法具有相似的破坏机理,其结果相互之间具有良好的线性相关性。

Comparison and Analysis for the Testing Methods of Bursting Strength

In order to find out the difference between the hydraulic method, the pellet method and the steel ball method, several kinds of knitted fabrics were tested by the three methods. It shows that the bursting strength get from the steel ball method is bigger than from the pellet method. Also, the three methods have a similar mechanism, and every two of the three all have good linear correlation.
