摘 要: | 文章通过对不同腔体粉末工艺暂停时间和加热曲线的试验,得出了粉末工艺条件下暂停时间和加热曲线的选择规律,并针对金刚石生产中常见的“过烧”现象进行了原因分析,提出了有针对性的解决方法。

Abstract: | The rules of determining the time out and heating curve of diamond synthesis with powder technology has been concluded based on the experiment of powder technology in the chambers of different sizes. The common overburn phenomenon often encountered in diamond growth was analyzed and some of the solution to the overburn has been proposed. |
