磁铁矿与磁黄铁矿分离的研究

摘    要:浮选法脱硫是一种普遍的方法,寻找高效脱硫的药剂制度至关重要,文中介绍了在弱酸性介质中,选择NH4NO3,CuSO4,Na2S组合药剂强化活化,并辅助以中性柴油和丁基黄药组合作捕收剂,可以使磁铁矿脱硫率达80%,含硫量从7.3%降到1.4%,从而使高硫磁铁矿变废为宝。

Abstract:Desulphurization by flotation is a common method, in which seeking for highly efficient desulphidizer regime is of great importance. Flotation in weakly acidic medium with the combination of NH4NO3.CuSO4 and Na2S as the intensifier and activator and the combination of neutral diesel and butyl xanthate as the collector can achieve a magnetite desulphuriation rate of up to 80% and a sulphur content reduction from 7.3% to 1. 4%. As a result, magnetite with high sulphur content is turned from waste to treasure.
