套装油管路自顶向下设计方法研究与实现

摘    要:为了提高汽轮机的套装油管路系统设计效率,提出采用自顶向下设计方法,按总成、部套、管组、管件等四层结构管理油管路信息,并建立套装油管路的设计模型、制造模型与发运模型之间的关联,采用面向管路特征设计方法,快速生成外管;依据外管走向和内管轨迹自动布置算法,快速生成内管。最后在套装油管路快速设计系统中进行实例验证,结果表明,上述方法有效可行。

Abstract:In order to improve design efficiency of oil-system pipelines of turbine,the top-down design method is employed to model pipelines in this paper.This article provides four levels structure to manage the information of oil-system pipelines of turbine,and establish the model relationship among design.It also provides pipes feature design method and automatic layout arithmetic to generate outer and interior pipes.Finally,these methods are validated and tested in parametric modeling system which based on UGNX3;the result shows that these methods of this paper are effective and feasible in pipes design of turbine.
