纳米CaCO3在环保型聚氯乙烯管材中的应用

摘    要:介绍了纳米CaCO3对PVC/ACR复合材料的增韧增强机理及在两种环保型材料(Ca/Zn稳定剂和食品级PVC树脂)配方体系中的加工应用情况。结果表明:与普通轻质CaCO3配方对比,添加纳米CaCO3配方体系生产的无毒PVC管材综合物理性能得到提高。

Abstract:The toughening and reinforcing mechanism of nano-(CaCO_3) on PVC/ACR composite materials was introduced as well as its processing properties when used in two kinds of environment-friendly materials(i.e.,Ca/Zn stabilizer-containing PVC resin and food grade PVC resin).The results showed that the overall physical properties of non-toxic PVC pipes containing nano-(CaCO_3) were improved compared with that containing common light(CaCO_3).
