| 摘 要： | 海洋产业结构合理化和高级化对一个国家和地区的海洋经济发展至关重要。从动静态、纵横向两个角度定量分析江苏海洋产业结构现状及问题的基础上,为加快江苏海洋产业结构优化升级,从大力发展海洋第三产业,积极调整海洋第二产业,稳定提高海洋第一产业3个方面提出针对性对策和措施。

| Abstract: | It is of vital importance for the development of national and regional ocean economy to rationalize and upgrade the structure of marine industry. The status quo and existing problems for the structure of marine industry in Jiangsu Province are analyzed in detail. On such a basis, some countermeasures are put forward for the optimization and upgrading of regional marine-in- dustry structure, including the enhancement of the tertiary industry in ocean economy, the active adjustment of its second industry and the stable development of its first industry. |
