基于模糊PID控制的电子压力控制器的实现

摘    要:针对高速开关电磁阀的特性,设计了单参数模糊PID控制器,并结合分段控制和死区补偿,改进了控制算法,满足了系统高精度和快速性的要求。通过对实验结果的分析表明,该算法比积分分离式PID控制效果有明显的改善。

Abstract:A single-patameter fuzzy PID controller was designed,considering the feature of the high-speed on-off valve,which is combine with subdivision control and dead-time compensation to improve the algorithm and satisfy the demand of high precision and speediness of the system.The analysis of the experiment results show that the controlling effect of this algorithmic having improving noticeably than that of integral seperation PID algorithm.
