| 摘 要： | 在有杆泵深井采油过程中,油管柱、抽油杆柱和抽油泵组成了一个复杂的力学系统.针对油管自由悬挂造成的弹性变形、漏失、疲劳损坏以及磨损等问题,设计了一种Y241型油管锚定器,与深井泵、抽油杆扶正器及防脱器等常规工具配套形成深抽管柱,现场应用取得了良好效果.详细论述了Y241型油管锚定器的工作原理、结构组成、特点及技术指标.

| Abstract: | In the processing of suck rod production in deep well,tube string,suck rod and down-hole pump form a complicated mechanic system.We design Y241 tube anchoring device combining with deep down-hole pump,rod stabilizer,anti-break away device in one,aiming at the problems of elastic aeformation,leakage,fatigue failure and abrasion. |
