汽车悬架系统建模与优化仿真分析

摘    要:针对某轻型卡车的双横臂独立前悬架系统建立了其运动分析的数学模型,并采用ADAMS分析软件建立了双横臂独立悬架虚拟样机模型,对其进行仿真分析.通过修改悬架系统的几何参数对其进行优化设计分析,得到了较好的分析仿真结果,满足了设计要求.

Abstract:The kinematic model of double-wishbone independent suspension for a light truck was analyzed in this paper. By ADAMS software, the virtual prototype model of front independent suspension system was built, and the simulation analysis was performed. According to the result, an optimization of structure parameter was conducted on suspension system to obtain reasonable alignment parameters of front wheel. Then a new suspension system was simulated, the result meet demands of design.
