利用双排水系统理论对城市下穿隧道进行雨水内涝模拟分析

城市下穿隧道是城市防涝的重点部位。传统城市排水系统规划设计只考虑雨水沿地下雨水管网汇流,而忽略了超设计标准雨水的排水出路。双排水理论考虑城市道路雨水漫流和地下管网协同排水的方式,可以模拟在强降雨条件下雨水的真实汇流路径。本文以2011年7月3日某下穿隧道内涝灾害为例,在SWMM软件平台上运用双排水理论对该隧道的排水系统建模分析,模拟结果与当时观察到的积水情况吻合较好,并分析出隧道积水的原因。

Dual-drainage system theory-based simulation analysis on rainfall-waterlogging from urban underpass tunnel

Underpass tunnel is the key part of the urban waterlogging prevention. In the planning and design of the conventional urban drainage system，only the convergence of the rainwater along the underground rainwater drainage system is considered，and that the drainge outlet for the rainwater that is over the design standard is yet neglected. The combined drainge mode for both the overland flow of the urban road and the underground rainwater drainage system is considered by the theory of the dual-drainge system，by which the real convergence path of the rainwater under strong rainfall can be simulated. By taking the waterlogging disaster from an underpass tunnel occurred on July 3，2011as the study case，a modeling analysis is made on the drainage system for the tunnel with the dual-drainage system theory on the platform of SWMM，from which the simulated result is bettter coincided with that of the waterlogging observed therein at the moment of the occurrence of the disaster，while the causation of the waterlogging inside of the tunnel is known from the relevant analysis as well
