氧气顶吹转炉高速冶炼技术实践

摘    要:鞍钢股份有限公司第一炼钢厂100t转炉冶炼周期与连铸浇铸周期不匹配,转炉炼钢成为产能释放的限制性环节。通过优化氧枪参数,改进氧枪操作工艺,提高了供氧强度和终点命中率,最终实现了转炉高速冶炼,有效地释放了产能潜力。

Abstract:The smelting period of 100 t converter does not match with the continuous casting period in No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. and the conventional converter steelmaking process becomes a limiting factor to release the capacity of production. By optimizing the parameters of oxygen lance, improving operating process and increasing intensity of oxygen supplying and end point target-hitting percentage, high speed smelting can be achieved finally.
