摘    要:基于一台公路运输车辆在典型路段的使用试验,通过采集发动机电控系统的信息,结合发动机在台架上的试验数据,加上传统的整车路试试验统计方法,得到平均车速、平均燃油耗、档位利用率分布、车速分布、整车运行工况在发动机万有特性上的分布等结果,提出了车用发动机在整车上匹配优化的一种新的试验分析方法。

Abstract:Based on the typical field test of a transport vehicle in highway, average vehicle speed, mean fuel consumption, gear position utilization distribution, vehicle speed distribution and vehicle operating condition distribution in engine fuel consumption map are obtained through calculating the information of the electronic control system of engine collected from field test with the combination of the data from engine lab test in traditional statistics manner for vehicle field test. Based on that, a new test analysis method for optimizing engine and vehicle match is put forward.
