| 摘 要： | 叙述了美国Cirrus Logic公司研制生产的片上电表芯片CS5460A的基本结构、性能，重点阐述了以此电表芯片与单片机ATB9C51为核心的多功能单相电子式电能表系统的硬件构成与软件实现，以及此电能表系统的优良特性。

| Abstract: | Abstractsln this paper.we relate the basic structure and capability of energy 1C named CS5460A , which was made in America by Cirrus Logic company. And also we show emphases on the hardware and software and good characteristic of multifunctional single-phase electronic watt-hour meter based on CS5460A and single-chip named AT89C51. |
