| 摘 要： | 高校科研档案是高校科研活动的记录载体.应当创新高校科研档案的管理模式,建立高校科研档案的统一管理制度,高校科研与建档工作可实行"四同步"管理,确定课题负责人归档责任制,高校科研档案的管理中可实行物质与精神奖励并举制度,加强人才队伍建设,提高管理者素质.高校科研档案合理合法、健康有序的开发利用途径存在信息化、多元化的发展趋势.针对高校科研档案管理利用工作中的实际情况,切实可行的新途径表现为数字互联网、校园OA办公网和档案馆内部网络平台利用服务、高校科研档案交流报道、高校科研档案信息编研加工和建立档案反馈机制的服务方式.

| Abstract: | Universities′ scientific research archives are recording carriers of scientific research activities in universities.It′s necessary to make innovations in the management mode of the universities′ scientific research archives,to establish the united management systems,to pick up the person in charge of research job,to carry out the material and moral rewards simultaneously and to strengthen personnel construction.The ways to exploit and utilize the universities′ scientific research archives soundly and reasonably have the multiple development trend.According to the management and utilization of the universities′ scientific research archives,the new practical ways are digital network,campus OA network,network utilization service in university archives,exchange reports,files information processing and study and setting-up of the files service feedback mechanism. |
