摘    要:以硫质量浓度为407.1 mg/L的汽油为原料,以过氧乙酸为氧化剂,考察了催化剂体系以及氧化、萃取条件对氧化萃取法脱硫效果的影响。采用汽油样品10 mL,氧化剂过氧乙酸0.05 mL,主催化剂草酸0.01 g,助催化剂对甲氨基酚硫酸盐0.002 g,在氧化温度40℃、氧化时间20 min的条件下,进行氧化反应,然后取上层反应液,以N, N-二甲基甲酰胺/蒸馏水(体积比为49)为萃取剂,在萃取温度15℃、萃取时间10 min、萃取剂/油体积比为1的条件下进行萃取脱硫,汽油的硫含量可降至26.6 mg/L,脱硫率达到93.5%.

Abstract:Taking the gasoline containing 407.1 mg/L of sulfur as the sample and peroxyacetic acid as oxidant, the techonology of the production of low sulfur gasoline was studied to understand the effects of catalyst system, the conditions of oxidation and extraction on the desulphurization ratio of gasoline sample. With 10 mL gasoline sample and under the conditions of 0.05 mL oxidant, 0.01 g main catalyst, 0.002 g auxiliary catalyst, the oxidation temperature of 40℃, the oxidation time of 20 min, the mixture of N,N-dimethylformamide and distilled water, with the volume ratio of 49, as the extractor, the extraction temperature of 15℃, the extraction time of 10 min, the mixed solvent to oil volume ratio of 1, the sufur content of the gasoline sample could reduced to 26.6 mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 93.5%.
