摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Nd1-xSrxMn1-yCuO3(x=0.33、0.2,y=0.05、0.2)微粉,平均粒径约为150nm;采用化学共沉淀法制备了NiFe2O4;微粉,平均粒径为70nm;将两种粉体充分混合、压成片状后烧结成多晶块体复合材料。经测量NiFe2O4质量百分比为30%的Nd0.67Sr0.33Mn0.8Cu0.2O3/NiFe2O4复合样品在1.8T磁场作用下,在293~315K温度范围内磁电阻MR基本保持在-13.6%.说明在室温附近温度稳定性较好。

Abstract:The Nd_(1-x)Sr_xMn_(1-y)Cu_yO_3(x=0.33,0.2,y=0.05,0.2) powder were prepared by sol-gel process . NiFe_2O_4 powder were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. From the scanning electron microscope (SEM) photos, the average diameter of Nd_(1-x)Sr_xMn_(1-y)Cu_yO_3 particles was about 150nm; one of the NiFe_2O_4 particles was about 70nm. Composite pellets were prepared by mixed fully the two kind of powders, pressed and sintered. It was found that magnetoresistance (MR) value of (Nd_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)Mn_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)O_3)_(0.7)/(NiFe_2O_4)_(0.3) composites was about -13.6% in the temperature range between 293K and 315K where applied magnetic field was 1.8T, therefore, the MR temperature stability of this composite was better than other some similar materials.
