外压容器的稳定性模糊可靠性优化设计

摘    要:考虑到设计参数的随机性和设计边界的模糊性,在外压容器的稳定性设计中应用模糊可靠性优化设计理论,建立了模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型,给出了优化方法和应用实例。优化后,圆筒有效壁厚减少14%,封头有效壁厚减少14%,加强圈有效横截面积减少46.7%,重量减轻16%左右。

Abstract:In consideration of the randomness of the design parameters and the fuzziness of the design boundary,the optimum design theory of the fuzzy reliability was used to found the mathematic model of the optimum design of the fuzzy reliability and give the optimum methods and application samples in the design of the reliability of the external pressure vessel.The effective wall thickness of the cylinder was reduced by 14%,effective wall thickness of the end plate was reduced by 14%,the effective cross-section area of the stiffening ring was reduced by 46.7%,the weight was reduced by about 16% after the optimization.
