高压注水井套管保护管柱受力分析探讨

摘    要:针对中原油田注水压力逐年增高及套损严重的问题,开展了注水井套管保护技术研究工作,其管柱由水力锚+Y341封隔器+大通径注水器+球座组成.该管柱下部可接入分层注水管柱,实现多层分注管柱的上部套管的有效保护,延长套管的使用年限.文章详细分析计算了该管柱在加压锚定前、坐封、注水等状态下的受力、变形情况.其结果可指导现场施工及今后的工具设计工作.

Abstract:The damage of casing is caused by higher water injection pressure one year after another.The research works on the purpose of protecting casing for water injection well have been carried out.The protecting pipe consists of hydraulic anchoring,Y341 packer,large diameter injector and ball seat.The bottom section of the pipe can be connected to the injection tube in separated zone.The upper part of casing is protected effectively and casing service life is elongated.This paper has given detailed calculation of forces before anchoring,sealing,injection and deformation.its result can be the guidance for onsite operation and tool design.
