中日食品安全法律体系比较研究

摘    要:中国的食品安全法律体系建设已经取得了一些成就,但还存在很多问题,如法律体系不配套、法律的更新滞后等。法律体系的不完善给食品安全管理带来了困难,也使食品安全不能得到有效的保障。通过中日食品安全法律体系的比较,找出了中国食品安全法律体系存在的一些问题,并提出了完善食品安全法律体系的几点建议。

Abstract:Although the legislation of food safety law system in China has already got certain achievement, there are still many problems. For example, it exists the inconsistency in the legislative system, and the revision of law lags behind the demand, etc. The faultiness of the law system not only has brought some difficulties to the management of food safety, but also could not ensure the food safety efficiently. In this paper, by comparing the food safety law systems between China and Japan, we found some disadvantages of food safety law system in China and put forward some suggestions in order to perfect it.
