HRB400MPa级钢筋的工业试制

摘    要:本文介绍了HRB400MPa级新Ⅲ级钢筋的工业性生产技术。工业性试制结果表明:在原20MuSiⅡ级钢筋的基础上修改冶炼和轧钢生产工艺,并添加微合金元素V,能够有效提高钢筋的强度,满足400MPa级钢筋性能要求。钢中每添加0.01%的V,其屈服强度将提高8~12MPa,抗拉强度将提高7~10MPa。

Abstract:This paper briefy introduced the industrial production technique of new three class rebar of HBR 400MPa class. The result of inductrical trial f manufacture states that through improving smelting and rolling process and adding micro alloting of V the strength of rebar can be increased based on old HRB 335MPa class rebar,within the limites of 0.075-0.015 if once adding 0.01 % V the yield strength of this rebar can be enhanced 8-12MPa and the resistance to stretch strength can be enhanced about 7-10MPa.
