| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了如何全面培养硕士研究生的科学研究和团队合作能力的问题。笔者以英国研究生教育的模式为借鉴，从硕士生的课程设置和课堂教学方式等问题对中英教育方法进行了比较和探讨，由此找出英国式教育的可取之处，以改进和完善我国硕士研究生教育。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to train the graduates＇ ability of scientific research and co-operation in all area under the course setting and project selection. The modulation of UK graduates course, lecture methods and doctor candidate oral defense is compared with China. ate education style can be used to improve and perfect in China. education in master graduates＇ So the advantage of UK graduate education style can be used to improve and perfect in China. |
