阀门密封面高温耐磨堆焊焊剂的研究

摘    要:建立了以堆焊层高温抗擦伤性能作为目标函数,铬铁、锰铁、碳化硼的加入量为优化因子的数学模型.并根据数学模型进行编程计算得出优化结果,利用优化的配方制成了新型粘接焊剂.通过对研制焊剂和137号焊剂堆焊层的各项性能指标对比试验,得出了研制粘接焊剂堆焊层的高温硬度保持率明显优于137号焊剂堆焊层的结论,大大提高了阀门密封面的高温性能.

Abstract:Created a mathematical model, in the model, the anti-scrape capability serves as objective function, and chromium-iron, ferromanganese, boron carbide as optimization factors. After the optimization result is figured out through the program according to the mathematical model, the bonded flux is made. The new bonded flux and 137 bonded flux are separately tested submerged arc welding with welding wire of 1Cr13.The respective usability of two kinds of bonded flux are compared. The result of the experiments are analyzed, and a conclusion is drawn: the surfacing of new bonded flux can get higher retained hardness than surfacing of 137 bonded flux, and can endure high temperature than that of 137 bonded flux.
