摘    要:重油催化裂化装置的设备采用无龟甲网钢纤增强隔热耐磨村里,需用大量轻质耐火材料,在大量测试了这类材料热导率和干密度的基础上,采用最小二乘法统计得到由干密度估算热导率的经验公式,其线性相关系数达到0.973。

Abstract:The equipment of residue catalytical cracking unit will need a great deal of light fire resistingmaterial. When steel reinforced liner is not used. On the basis of the thermal conductivity and drydenslty of this material which is tested by many times, the experimental formula of thermal con-ductivity A estimated by dry density Y, i. e- A= 0. 24907 Y- 0. 02533 (the linear correlation coeffi-cient is 0. 973) can be obtained through minimum binary-multiplication statistics. The data fromthls experimental formula approaches to the actual tested data
