摘    要:探索测定鱼肉中有机氯的快速、准确和价廉的方法。采用微波萃取技术提取鱼肉中的六六六、滴滴涕,再利用毛细管气相色谱分离,微电子捕获检测器检测。8种有机氯农药回收率在89.3%-104.2%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%。说明准确度与精密度较好,符合农药残留量分析的基本要求。探索了各成分在不同食性鱼肉中的含量特征,结果显示:肉食性鱼类〉杂食性鱼类〉草食性鱼类。可见,有机氯农药随着食物链在生物体内富集。

Abstract:The aim was to explore the quick, exact and cheap method for detection on fish. The organic chlorinated pesticides ( HCHs and DDTs) in fish were extracted by microwave extraction and analyzed by capillary GC with μECD. The extraction recovery was 89.3%-104. 2%, and RSD was less than 10%. Accuracy and precision which were better accorded to the requirements of analysis of pesticide residues. Explored the content characteristics of organochlorine in kinds of fish. The results showed that:flesh-eat fish 〉 omnivorous fish 〉 herbivorous fish. Obviously, organoehlorine pesticides enriched in the organisms body with the food chain.
