| Abstract: | The efficiency of a banking system in the context of gender policy is analyzed. The construction of a generalizing indicator of the efficiency of a banking system is carried out using relative normalization and Harrington’s desirability function. The impact of indicators of gender policy on the efficiency of a banking system is determined by means of correlation-regression and factor analysis tools. |
