| 摘 要： | 在聚苯乙烯二醋酸碘苯催化下,芳丙酮进行1,2-芳基迁移重排制得2-芳丙酸甲酯,后者水解得2-芳基丙酸。硫酸和原甲酸三甲酯的用量对合成2(6甲氧基2萘基)丙酸甲酯收率有影响,聚苯乙烯碘苯可回收利用。

| Abstract: | Propiophenone (1)was treated with trimethyl orthoformate in the presence of polystyrene(iodosodiacetate)]by 1,2-aryl shift to rearrange to 2-arylpropanoic acid methyl ester(3).Subsequent hydrolysis of 3 afforded 2-aryl propanoic acid(4).The factors affecting the reaction yield such as amounts of raw materials (sulfuric acid and trimethyl orthoformate) were studiedpolystyreneiodobenzene could be recovered and reused. |
