摘    要:菜籽油饼的主要成分为蛋白质、无氮浸出物、粗纤维、粗脂肪和粗灰分,这些成分在钻井液中都具有较好的降滤失效果。为了充分利用菜籽油饼,对其进行了改性研究,提高了其在水基钻井液中的溶解分散能力,得到了可用作钻井液降滤失剂的产品CYL。室内试验评价了CYL在水基钻井液中的降滤失能力、抗温性和抗盐、抗钙能力,并分析了CYL的降滤失机理。结果表明,CYL具有降滤失效果明显,泥饼薄而致密的特点,加量仅为2%,还具有较好的抗温能力及一定的抗盐、抗钙能力,其货源广,成本低,生产工艺简单,是一种良好的水基钻井液降滤失剂,而且植物油的作用使CYL兼具一定润滑作用。

Abstract:The major components of the rap oil seedcakes are protein,nitrogen-free lixivium,coarse fiber,crude fats,and ash content.These components have good filtration reduction in drilling fluids.Modification was done to rap oil seedcake in an effort to make the best use of it.The solubility and dispersion of the modified rasp oil seedcake in drilling fluids was greatly improved.Laboratory evaluation was done on the modified product,CYL.It is shown that less amount of CYL is needed in filtration control.Mud cake generated by the CYL treated mud is thin and tough.CYL can be used at elevated temperatures,and in salt water mud or water base muds containing a certain level of calcium.CYL also has lubrication ability because it is made from rap oil.In one word,CYL is a superior,cheap filtration reducer in water base muds.
