摘    要:板壳式换热器蒸汽进口离管板太近,蒸汽容易直接冲击换热管与管板焊接处,造成局部热应力过大,导致换热管与管板焊接处撕裂。在无法改变管口位置的情况下,可以通过加焊夹套的方法来解决这个问题。

Abstract:For shell and tube exchanger,welding line between heat exchanging pipe and tube sheet will be easily stroke when the distance between steam pipe and tube sheet is not far enough.So the local heat stress will be strengthen which can make the welding line cracked.A new welded jacket can settle this problem when the location of the steam pipe can’t be changed.
