摘    要:分析了石灰石热分解过程中的能量消耗和特性及分解过程中的渣化反应,用石灰石原矿部分替代石灰的工业实践表明,使用石灰石原矿不仅可减少冷却废钢的用量,还可平衡转炉富裕的热量;石灰石部分替代活性石灰,还可降低石灰石煅烧过程能耗,保护环境同时满足了转炉冶炼普通钢种的要求。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the energy consumption,slagging reaction and characteristics of the limestone during its decomposition.The industrial experience for steelmaking by substituting limestone for some limes in converter shows that steelmaking in converter by using raw limestone can not only reduce the amount of scraps to be used for cooling,but also balance the rich heat from convert.The energy consumption during calcination of limestone can be reduced by substituting limestone for some limes in converter which can meet the requirements for smelting ordinary steel grades and also environment is protected.
