摘    要:目的:合成阿魏酰哌嗪盐酸盐。方法:以阿魏酸为起始原料,对羟基进行乙酰化保护,得到乙酰阿魏酸,经酰氯化后与哌嗪反应得到单取代哌嗪衍生物,除去乙酰基得到目标物。结果与结论:合成得到了阿魏酰哌嗪,目标化合物通过IR,1HNMR和MS等确证,产率为56.9%。

Abstract:Objective:Synthesis of 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-1-piperazin-1-yl-propenone hydrochloride.Methods:The synthesis involved ferulic acid acetylation protection,then reacted with piperazine to obtain monosubstituted piperazine derivatives,then deacetylase to obtain target product.Results and conclusions:The chemical structure of 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-1-piperazin-1-yl-propenone hydrochloride was confirmed by IR,1HNMR and MS.The yield was over 56.9%.
