摘    要:介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司连铸机结晶器漏钢预报系统的工作原理和应用实践;通过对实际应用中产生的粘结漏钢报警信息分析,找出了影响漏钢误报和漏报的原因,并提出相应的改进措施,提高了结晶器漏钢预报系统的精度,降低粘结漏钢误报率。

Abstract:The operating principle and actual application of the VAI mould breakout prediction system to the slab casters in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The causes for giving false predictions on breakout or failing to predict the breakout are found out based on the analysis on the alarm messages from the mould breakout by sticking.So some corresponding measures are proposed for improving the prediction system of the mould breakout and as a result the accuracy of the prediction system is improved and the rate of false predictions on breakout by sticking is decreased.
