破岩机械垂直破岩力的设定理论研究

摘    要:通过盘形滚刀侵入岩石的压痕试验得出岩石的跃进破碎参数。基于这些破碎参数建立破岩机械器具的垂直推力的预测公式及破岩机械工作点的设定理论,提高了刀具垂直破岩力预测的精确性,同时为减轻破岩机械的振动、噪音、粉尘的产生及破岩刀具的磨损提供了理论基础。

Abstract:According to the pressure trace test for measuring the intrusion of disc cutters into rock,the parameters of rock broken leaping forward are obtained.On this basis the formula for predicting the vertical thrust and the theory for determining the working point of tunneling machine are established.It provides the theoretical base of cutter design and helps to reduce the vibration,noise,dust and wearing of the machine.
