环件冷辗扩技术现状和发展

摘    要:介绍了环件冷辗扩原理、冷辗扩工艺、冷辗设备、加工过程控制参数、模具寿命及有限元模拟技术的现状和发展。文中指出了环件冷辗扩还缺乏精确而系统性的研究,弹塑性有限元研究才刚刚起步,而在我国还是一个空白。同时,通过模拟来优化加工过程参数在国际上也几乎没有公开发表的文献。因此,应该从理论、有限元模拟、材料、设备、热处理、模具等多学科联合攻关研究,才能使我国的环件冷辗扩技术跃上一个新的台阶。

Abstract:The current status and the development of the cold ring rolling theory,technology,equipment, production process control parameters,tooling life and finite element simulation technology have been briefly introduced.It was pointed that there was no accurate and systematic research for the cold ring rolling and elastic-plastic finite element analysis of cold ring rolling process was still at the beginning stage and the research of finite element simulation for cold ring rolling is blank in China.At the same time,there are few international publishes which researched the optimizing of the process parameters by simulation.Therefore, our cold ring rolling technology will jump to an advanced level only by the combined research of the theory,finite element simulation,raw material,equipment,heat treatment,tooling and other subjects.
